Verde Lawn & Landscape, Formerly known as Hale Contractors, was opened in 2018. Before Verde Lawn, Hale Contractors was exclusively Landscape Installations. Verde Lawn & Landscape is Hale Contractors rebranded, specializing in Turf Management & Landscape Maintenance. Verde Lawn & Landscape is a full service Landscape Management Company offering Mowing, Weed Control, Fertilization, Tree & Plant Health Care, Mulching, Top Dressing, Aeration, Turf Insect & Disease Treatment, Planting Bed Maintenance, Retention Pond Maintenance​, and more.
The Owner, Jake Hale, an internationally certified arborist and Texas Department of Agriculture licensed commercial pesticide applicator, brings years of experience through the installation, maintenance, and management of Texas landscapes.
From day one we have strived to be the best. The Verde Lawn Process
For most things in life, trusting the process is sometimes a daunting task. However, when it comes to our processes and how we carry out our tasks, you can trust that we'll get the job done. All of our services are conducted while using proven, real cultural practices. Our processes are then coupled with years of experience that improve efficiency, maintain consistency, and guarantee the job gets done correctly. Our no-hassle estimate processes allow us to get your estimates over to you quickly, while our services processes leave your landscape to be the envy of the block.
Client Portal Enrollment
As soon as we process your contact form submission, we set up an account for you in our free Client Portal. Once you've logged in to your account, you can view estimates, pay account balances, see your next scheduled services, and much more.
Estimating Processes
We estimate turf management (Lawn Care & Weed Control/Fertilization) via satellite images of the property with-in our client portal. Planting bed maintenance and other general landscape maintenance items may require an on-site visit.
On-Site Consultations
If needed or requested, we can set up an on-site visit to walk through your property with you to grab quick measurements, to take a look at your existing landscape, or just to ensure that we're all on the same page about the job.
Carrying out our services
Once your estimates are accepted, you can focus your attention elsewhere and let us do the work! We communicate things that we see while working on the property to you to raise awareness via email updates, and all of our maintenance clients are enrolled in an exclusive biweekly newsletter.
Our Equipment
At Verde Lawn & Landscape, our biggest investment is put in to our clients. From day one, we have used the best equipment the industry has on the market. We maintain our equipment on a weekly basis to insure we won't have a machine fail in your front yard, and we will leave you with the best cut possible. Most lawn care companies will find a vendor locally, no matter the brand, and run that equipment out of convenience. Our vendor, on the other hand, remains about 300 miles away from here. With that being said, Verde Lawn & Landscape will go the distance for you. From mowing your lawn at your grass varieties' desired height, to keeping your edges looking sharp with the property blown clean, you can rest assured that we are doing what is best for your turf.

If you aren't completely satisfied with your service*, we will work to make it right as quickly as possible, at no charge to you. Once completed, if you're still not happy with our work, we will refund you for the invoiced service to allow you to take your business elsewhere without paying twice.
